**Position**:Production Line Operative
**Contract Type**:Permanent (Full Time)
**Location**:Wisbech
**Salary & any shift premiums**: £25,325.30 (£12.10 per hour)
**Shift patterns**: Four On, Four Off - Days and Nights (Rotating Shifts)
**Overtime available**: If available there is 1.5 shift premium on top of the salary/hourly rate
**The key responsibilities in this role include;**
- Working on a production line with a team of colleagues
- Work 12 hour shifts
- Ensuring correct packaging and labelling
- Product quality checks
- Be responsible for maintaining and complying with Health & Safety standards
- Maintain a tidy and organised work area
- Supporting your colleagues and managers to achieve orders
- To undertake in a safe, effective and efficient manner whilst operating machinery within the factory
