**Customer Care Advisor**

Salary - Competitive

Hours - 35 hours per week, full-time, 5 days out of 7, working on a rota basis

Response Personnel are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Advisor for our client based in Dunstable.

**Responsibilities: Customer Care Advisor**
- Handling a high volume of incoming calls relating to the installation, delivery and cancellation of rental equipment in line with Contact Centre guidelines
- Accurately administer orders and cancellations through computerised SAP system in line with customer timescales
- Liaise with our field-based Rental Technicians and other relevant contacts to ensure the successful delivery of orders
- Manage customer queries efficiently and in a professional manner
- Ensure the customer is updated throughout the order process
- Actively seek feedback from customers using Customer Satisfaction Surveys in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Work towards departmental targets and KPI’s in line with the objectives set

**Knowledge/Skills/Experience: Customer Care Advisor**
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience in a customer service environment would be an advantage
- Customer focussed and problem solving orientated
- You must demonstrate empathy, have excellent listening and communication skills both written and verbal
- Good numerical skills
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent time management skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to work on your own initiative with a flexible attitude
- Must be PC literate with knowledge of MS Office namely Excel, Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
