Associate Lecturer

We have a great opportunity based at our Brunel Road, Bedford campus for a flexible hourly-paid Lecturer - Motor Vehicle - Body & Paint to become part of our Motor Vehicle department.

As a Lecturer - Motor Vehicle - Body & Paint, you will play a role in the success of our students:

- To be responsible for full time and part time provision
- To carry out, prepare, teach and assess on a range of motor vehicle courses, teaching programmes in line with College policies and procedure as directed by the Head of Department.
- Minimum level 3 qualification in a relevant motor vehicle discipline.
- English and mathematics or similar at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent or willingness to achieve English and mathematics Level 2 within one year.
- Certificate in Education or equivalent.

**What is an Associate?**

Associates work on a short term basis as assigned. They teach or provide support services and they work with and are supported by core staff. As an Associate you will be issued with an Associate agreement, under this Agreement period you will be eligible to work on assignments offered to you. Typically an agreement runs from January to December and may be renewed thereafter.
