Estates Supervisor

**Are you looking for a rewarding role helping maintain the estates of a leading Wirral autism charity?**

We are looking to recruit an Estates Supervisor whose role will be to develop and oversee our charity’s maintenance management systems and procedures, and oversee all repair requests.

**Salary**:circa £29,000 per annum.
Full-time, permanent position, 37.5 hours per week, primarily worked between Monday and Friday, 9am to 5pm.

**Location**: Bromborough, Wirral - _though you may be required to work at any location within the organisation (covering Wirral & West Cheshire)._

**What you will be doing**

In addition, the role will involve developing and overseeing planned works schedules, preparing specifications and schedules, organising tendering, and liaising with external contractors as required.

They should also have **excellent verbal and written communication skills**, plus drive, initiative and **experience of managing people** or supervision.
