We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Driver to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting individuals in need of assistance to various destinations. This position requires excellent communication skills, a caring demeanour, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role requires a private hire licence, we will support successful applicants through the process.

- Safely transport individuals to and from their desired locations
- Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Communicate effectively with passengers to ensure their comfort and safety

- Experience in support of others
- Ability to provide compassionate care to individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £13.15 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Home care: 1 year (preferred)
