**Are you an experienced front of house leader? Are you able to provide excellent customer service whilst being super-organised?**

We're looking for a Senior Receptionist to lead a small team to provide great customer service and support the smooth running of our venue.

**The job**:

- Provide a friendly service to our customers
- Have a positive attitude and deal with customer enquiries
- Use computer systems (training provided)
- Be flexible to working weekdays, weekends, and evenings

**About you**:

- Previous experience in front of house/reception.
- Management/leadership experience
- Enthusiasm and a friendly personality
