Job Title: Bar Keyholder

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures
- Train, supervise, and schedule bar staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in bartending and hospitality industry
- Excellent bartending skills with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Experience in supervising and leading a team
- Strong leadership and communication skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.15 per hour

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
