As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Trainee Energy Assessor to join our dynamic team.

**Job Description**:
As a Trainee Energy Assessor, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting in the assessment of building energy performances and contributing to the development of energy efficiency solutions for our clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a career in the energy assessment industry under the guidance of our experienced professionals.

Part of the role is driving to jobs which can be expected to be up to 3 hours away

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting energy assessments for domestic and commercial properties.
- Collect and analyse data to produce accurate EPCs, display energy certificates, and retrofit assessments.
- Work closely with senior energy assessors to understand client needs and deliver tailored energy efficiency recommendations.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to develop professional skills and knowledge in energy assessment.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and documentation for clients and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during site visits.

**Requirements**:

- A keen interest in energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to various sites across Essex and surrounding areas.
- No previous experience in energy assessments is required as full training will be provided.
