- 12 months experience as a Tenancy Progressor
- Must have experience referencing tenants
- Must be well-spoken and hardworking

My high-end client is looking for a Tenancy Progressor with at least 12 months experience. You must have very strong admin skills along with great customer service and high attention to detail.

Tenancy Progressor Experience, Duties and Attributes:

- Highly organised person
- Strong Administration Skills
- 12months Tenancy Progression experience
- Passion for property
- Strong customer service skills
- Work well under pressure, in a busy environment
- Prepare initial invoices, standing orders and rent demands for tenants
- Follow up on credit reference responses
- Produce deed of guarantee document and send for signature or prepare up front rental payment invoice
- Deal with telephone enquiries when needed
- Support the Senior Tenancy Processor to administer new tenancies
- Draft appropriate tenancy agreement
- Prepare initial invoices, standing orders and rent demands for tenants
