Support Worker

We are currently seeking to recruit a friendly and trustworthy team of support workers to work alongside a family, therapy team and case manager to support a 9-year-old boy with complex needs in his own home. The primary role is to support the young client who has cerebral palsy, with play, therapies and daily activities which include Medication administration, Gastrostomy feeding, manual handling, personal care, and Epilepsy management.
You will ideally have some experience of working with children, preferably within the community and with Brain Injuries, however full training will be given.
We are recruiting support workers who are available and committed to work the following shifts.
Waking nights - 7.45pm - 8am
Sleep in’s - 7.45pm - 10pm - sleep in (on call) - 5.45am - 8am
Weekdays 3pm - 8pm
Saturdays - 8am - 4pm
School holidays - 8am - 8pm
There will also be ad hoc hours available.
We aim to offer a competitive salary of £13 - £18 per hour, depending on experience.
