**Responsibilities**:

- ** Employee Relations**: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution. Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
- **Recruitment and Onboarding**: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to conducting interviews. Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
- **Performance Management**: Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.
- **Training and Development**: Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs. Coordinate and track training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- **Employee Engagement**: Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and morale. Organise team-building activities and events.
- **Policy Development**: Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures. Ensure that policies are consistently applied across the organisation.

**The Successful Applicant**:
**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment legislation, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
