Foundry Lane is a thriving, large Primary school in the heart of Southampton. We aim to offer a rich and engaging school experience in which children are willing partners in their own learning. We are looking for a dedicated, kind and resilient Learning Support Assistants to join our team.

**This post will be term-time only, to work in the mornings, a total of 15 hours per week.**

Applicants should be prepared to work with students who occasionally exhibit challenging behaviour, have a commitment to their education and welfare and have a fair and professional approach to adhering to School Policies.

You will need to be resilient, empathetic and caring whilst concurrently setting safe boundaries for acceptable behaviour.
