Nursery Apprentice

Duties
- Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in the nursery
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
- Support the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities
- Help with feeding, diapering, and personal care routines
- Observe and record children's progress and behaviour
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues

Experience
- Previous experience working with young children is preferred but not required
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

As an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a nurturing and supportive environment. You will work alongside experienced practitioners who will guide you in your professional development. This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to start their career in early childhood education.

Please note that this is an apprentice position, which means you will be working towards a recognized qualification while gaining practical experience. You will receive ongoing training and support throughout your apprenticeship.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: From £5.28 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 40 per week
