Our Pharmacy Team Leaders go beyond just great management skills. We’re after people who are confident to use initiative to stretch/build pharmacy performance and seeks to add value to the business. As a Superdrug Pharmacy Team Leader, you're part of the management team who are responsible for providing an efficient, knowledgeable, and exceptional service to our customers. You'll receive direct line management support from your Pharmacy Manager.
If you have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you could become a vital member of both the store team and the local community and could help to maintain excellent customer loyalty.

**What you’ll need to succeed**

To come on board as a Superdrug Pharmacy Team Leader you will have the following:
**Achieved NVQ Level 3 in Dispensing or equivalent (level 2 considered)**

**Previous experience in working in a dispensary**

**Previous experience working in a supervisory role within a pharmacy (or retail sector i.e. previous store manager/assistant store manager)**
