**_Export Co-ordinator_** Based in Newbury Town Centre with parking, offering a salary of £26K. They work in a Hybrid pattern and offer excellent benefits.

Ideally, you will have Logistic/Transport experience however training is offered.
- Gaining a general understanding of the UK freight market to support sales staff and meet department objectives.
- Managing appropriate, internal mail inboxes.
- Assisting with procurement of freight.
- Order volume management (including appropriate weekly reporting)
- Order management including issuing purchase orders, facilitating collections, and managing general supplier/customer expectations and service.
- Post loading's weight control (checking load weights in line with order specifications)
- Settling accounting-related queries pertaining either to suppliers and/or freight providers.
- Day-to-day carrier relations. Includes placing bookings, receiving/reviewing confirmations and communicating time-sensitive amendments.
- Supplier relations. Includes tracking orders, sharing schedules, notifying changes and through general efficiency, providing a good service.
- Understanding and using shipping line websites to secure container bookings, schedules, and tracking information.
- Facilitating full trailer loads between the UK and Europe, including an understanding of basic customs procedures in line with internal directives, as well as meeting supplier and customer expectations in the process.
- Updating and maintaining internal excel documents detailing orders, prices, collections, and deliveries.
- Issuing export-related and required paperwork to suppliers ahead of collections.
- Escalating any impending issues to relevant internal management regarding the department.
