Residential Conveyancing Assistant

An established and multi disciplinary law firm based with offices across the North West are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their team. The role will be based at their Knowsley office.
**The Role**:
You will be assisting the Residential Conveyancing team with a range of Conveyancing matters to include sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of ownership, right to buy and buy to let.
You will be able to assist with matters from onset to completion and have solid experience and understanding of the Conveyancing process including sales, purchases, land registry and searches.
You will ideally have 2 years experience working in a Conveyancing Assistant role.
You will have strong attention to detail, be able to work well under pressure and have excellent organisational skills.
Knowledge of case management systems such as Solcase and visualfiles.
**Salary and Benefits**:
Salary is in the region of 19,000 - 23,000, depending on experience.
This is a full time permanent role and is office based. Hours of work are 9-5.
