Introducing an exciting and dynamic Head of Credit role within on of the UK's leading providers of Senior, Stretch Senior, Mezzanine and Investment Finance for residential and commercial properties throughout the UK. Sitting within the Senior Managementteam you'll have exposure to the top tier of the businesses decision making and be driving their next era of leading.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Comfortable Chairing Investment Committee
- Experience reviewing and challenging credit decision-making requirements for new transaction proposals
- Familiar overseeing and implementing of a credit-scoring system for lending counterparties, contractors and (in the case of self-builders) sub-contractors
- Ability to be the bridge between IC and Lending team in order for the team to fully understand current appetite
