HRGO are seeking an experienced Receptionist for our client on the outskirts of Dover. Transport would be required to get to the location.

Duties include:
To answer all incoming calls and providing information to callers or routing them as necessary.

Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail in a timely manner and register.

To receive and relay verbal and written messages to ensure effective communication within the Company.

Accurately log information on calls received.

Ensure outgoing mail is sent in a timely manner.

Meet, greet and log all visitors in and out the building, along with deliveries.

Registering Purchase Invoices.

Check and maintain supplies of office stationery, re-ordering as necessary.

Scanning all paperwork for vehicles onto system.

File and retrieve documents within an established filing system and open new files as necessary.

Booking H&S for all operators and CPCS renewals.

Provide admin support to Managers.

Competency with Word and Excel.

Other office duties as and when required

Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
