**Job description**

The company is looking for a motivated, passionate individual with good customer service skills and the ability to supervise a large team of lifeguards and pool attendants. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining high standards in terms of organisation, safety and cleanliness around the park. Waterworld prides itself on providing a safe environment in which our customers can enjoy themselves and our Poolside Supervisors are at the heart of this. You will ensure that all company and regulatory requirements are met at all times. You will also have responsibilities in terms of pool plant room operations; experience in this field is desirable but not essential, as we can provide training on these elements.

**Desirable requirements**:

- Lifeguarding Qualification (NPLQ or similar)
- First Aid Certificate
- Use of a Defibrillator
- Experience in leading teams in Aqua Parks
- The successful applicant will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly CRB) Check. This disclosure, together with other selection information, will need to be satisfactory to the Company for employment to commence._

Pay: From £11.75 per hour
