**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth running of all aspects
- Supervise and lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Proficiency in bartending, food production, culinary skills, kitchen operations, and food preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality or hotel management would be advantageous
