Our client is a top UK market leading and award-winning Law firm with offices based across the UK. We are now supporting their search for an Interim Group Head of Marketing to join their team based in Waterlooville, Hampshire on a 6 Month Contract

**New Role** - Interim Group Head of Marketing

**Location** - Waterlooville, Hampshire

**Contract - **6 Months

**Salary - **c£50k depending on experience

Job Role:

- You will be the owner of the marketing strategy for the brand, the local brands and strategic marketing projects (new service launches)
- Work with the practice heads to develop marketing plans to help generate direct enquiries and increase brand awareness
- Be responsible for facilitating the marketing plan & support the development of the marketing strategy in the group
- Manage and measure marketing activity, through enquiry reporting and ROI analysis
- Provide support for initiatives designed to develop new or added value services to clients
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day management and implementation of all marketing activities, through the marketing team
- Be a member on the practice head meetings working group (with other dept heads)
- Be a proactive leader of people and help the marketing team on their own marketing journeys
- Report on progress and be the figure head for marketing best practice across the group
- Work on the 30+ campaigns to deliver direct enquiries to the teams
- Build campaigns, with business leaders to identify gaps in enquiries, report on success
- Utilise with the Digital Marketing Team the campaign budgets
- Develop and deliver the Digital Marketing Strategy focussed on organic leads (web), paid leads and digital brand building (thought leadership)
- Roll out the new CRM (HubSpot) platform
- Development of the various brands, image/reputation through materials and content
- Work with local teams on local (tradition) brand building activities
- Develop a content marketing strategy on thought leadership and sales materials
- Management and maintenance of the firm wide suite of on and offline content
