Sionic is currently seeking a Fundamental Review of the Trading Book SME to join its team on a permanent basis within our Banking & Markets practice in London.

- Drive business analysis and root cause analysis of high-profile bank-wide processes.
- Have good stakeholder management skills, with experience operating with individuals from across multiple business lines simultaneously
- Manage production of thematic recommendations and formulate proposals to take forward to senior program stakeholders.
- Be a strong communicator, who can deliver key messages with impact.
- Have degree level qualifications or equivalent preferably with further academic success. Leverage expertise and best practices to guide your team in developing high-quality solutions

**Your experience**:
**Essential**:

- Great knowledge of the regulatory landscape particularly relating to the Fundamental Review of the Trading Book or previous experience in a Regulatory Capital policy function.
- Be a Subject matter expert on designing and implementing Target Operating Models within Banks.
- Have experience in defining functional requirements in relation to a TOM.
- Some knowledge on reg compliance, modelling choices and optimisation in relation to FRTB
- To have experience in defining quality assurance criteria
- Be confident enough to facilitate design specifications
