Kennedys is looking for a Litigation Assistant to work on a caseload for some of the largest insurers in the UK, dealing with the small claims employers' and public liability claims.

**Team**

The Liability division is recognised for their specialist expertise in defending insurance liability claims including personal injury matters, from small through to large loss employers' and public liability, and motor claims. The division also handles catastrophic injury and occupational disease related matters as well as medical negligence and fraud related issues.

**Required experience**
- 1+ years' litigation experience of Employers' and Public Liability defence work
- Experience of client contact
- Understanding of Defendant Employers and Public Liability litigation work.
