**THE COMPANY**

An established boutique M&A / Corporate Finance practice led by Directors with impressive track records in advising on mid-market transactions c.£10m - £100m EV.

The firm advises on a broad range of mid-market deals, including sellside and buyside transactions, growth capital raising, MBO and EOT transactions across Tech / TMT, Business Services, Healthcare and Industrial services.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Joining a strong and experienced team as a Manager you will work closely with the firms Directors and project manage transactions through to completion, overseeing many aspects of the deal process and managing lead advisory negotiations and deal execution.

As a Manager you can expect:

**THE PERSON**

You will be an ambitious Accountancy / Advisory professional able to demonstrate the following:

- ACA / ACCA Qualified (Top 10 / Mid-Tier / Independent firm background)
- Transaction experience at small / mid-market level (c.2 - 4 years sector agnostic or specialist)
- A strong desire to develop your career to Director / Partner within a leading Mid-market M&A advisor
