**Inheritance dispute caseworker, with retraining opportunities for those without specific experience.**

An opportunity has arisen in our expanding inheritance dispute team which deals with contentious probate cases nationwide.

Ideally you should have experience of some of the following:

- Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 proceedings
- Challenges to the validity of a Will
- Executorship disputes
- TOLATA proceedings

Based in a friendly and supportive team, this role provides an excellent opportunity to progress your career in contentious probate.

We offer a competitive salary and generous bonus scheme with 25 days holiday, pension, free parking and free legal fees.
