TSR Legal are proud to be working with a full-service national law firm with a strong reputation for its commercial litigation work, headed up by an industry recognised Partner with a proven track record with a well-regarded commercial firm with officesin Bristol.

The firm acts for commercial business clients and also on instructions from high-net-worth business owners and investors.

The role has been created to work directly in support of a busy Partner. The next appointment will ideally be a Solicitor with 2+ years PQE with good quality commercial & civil (Non PI) disputes experience and with a genuine enthusiasm for this practicearea.

You will run a caseload of a wide variety of Litigation matters mainly but not exclusively arising from contractual disputes. Most of the work involves acting for Claimants referred by Legal Expense Insurers, but the Group also deals with a significant numberof commercial and private instructions where they act for Claimants and Defendants and where the work is often complex and high value.

The role offers significant opportunities in a Group which places a high value on technical excellence and teamwork.

Home working: This role could be based in either the firms Cardiff or Bristol office, with a combination of home and office working (working 2 days in the office and 3 days from home), or be based from home with the requirement to visit the office at leastonce a month or as required.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Managing a caseload of mainly fast and multi track cases dealing with contract disputes arising from the sale of goods and services, building contracts, professional negligence etc.
- Dealing with clients on the phone and face to face
- Using the case management system to progress the files
- Billing and invoicing
