We are looking for a Baby Room Leader with proven experience in the early years sector and who would be keen to take up a new a challenge in a multilingual, inclusive and stimulating environment.

**Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 PA**

**Location: Hammersmith - 40 hours p/w**

**As a Room Leader you will need**:

- Childcare qualification at Level 3 or above (such as Early Years Educator, NVQ Level 3 in CCLD, Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People’s Workforce), or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 year’ experience of working in a Baby Room of a nursery/early years setting
- Good knowledge of the EYFS
- Be flexible and patient
- Be able to communicate effectively within a team
