Rutherford Briant are looking for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join a well-established business who has doubled in size over the past few years.

This is a great opportunity for someone to take the step-up from Purchase Ledger Clerk into a managerial role where you be overseeing the workload of one other and have the chance to potentially grow a team as the business continues to grow.

Offering hybrid working, this company has continued to take on acquisitions and is looking to expand further over the near future.

Key Duties include:

- Ensuring the purchase ledger systems and processes are robust to cope with project growth plans of the company.
- Dealing with supplier account queries
- Controlling the purchase ledger mailbox, positing supplier documents and sending them for approval.
- Ensuring the allocations of supplier payments are completed on a daily basis.
- Processing high volumes of invoices
- Reconciling multiple bank accounts and processing Intercompany transactions
- Complete timely supplier statement reconciliations to ensure the supplier ledgers are complete.
- Review and resolve any debit balances on the ledger as necessary.
- Processing employee expenses in a timely manner and accurately on a bi weekly basis.
- Completion of the supplier payment run on a bi-weekly basis for approval by the accounting team.
- Manage the account payable clerk and assist in recruitment of new accounts payable team members inline with company growth plans.
- Any other ad-hoc duty as required

Benefits include:
25 days holiday plus bank holidays

£28,000 - £30,000

Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office
