**The Role**: As a multi-skilled joiner you would be working for a leading maintenance company delivering a range of responsive repairs around the Whitby and Scarborough area. This would include repairs on both void and lived inproperties. Your responsibilities would include:

- Responsive repairs
- Cyclical maintenance
- Ticketed work
- Kitchen fitting
- Cabinet fitting
- Banister repairs
- Basic plastering
- Basic tiling (fixing breaks etc...)
- Driving to jobs and organising your diary
