We’re now looking for a Foreperson to join our friendly team in Chester - Le
- Street to oversee all line management activity for operational frontline colleagues and to support high quality service delivery to our customers.

**The difference you’ll make**

You’ll play a crucial role in supporting and managing our frontline colleagues to provide an excellent service to our customers by reviewing work output and assessing the technical standard of completed works ensuring that works meet the expectations of both Evolve and our customers.

You will escalate below standard work or quality to the Supervisor for further advice or action and will also monitor progress of scheduled repair works ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner.

You will work as part of a team and support the Supervisor to ensure all relevant documentation is accurate and available utilising systems to ensure efficient, cost effective ways of working are optimised.

**So, who are you?**

We’re looking for someone with relevant experience in the building industry, ideally working within a customer focused housing repair and maintenance team.

You can act upon your own initiative, you work well as part of a team and also have good leadership skills to manage, motive and challenge your team to achieve to be high performing.

A relevant building/maintenance qualification is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year
