Omnicell Rollout

Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (KCH) is part of the South East London ICS (Integrated Care System) and together with other Trusts in the ICS, KCH is embarking on a programme to upgrade and replace 40% of the entire fleet of Omnicell cabinetsacross the sites to be managed by KFM. In addition there are new cabinets to be installed, increasing the size of the fleet across the entire Trust.
This role will support the project by working in a team out of hours to install the cabinets, remove the old ones and ensure they are designed and configured to meet the requirements for each department. Working with Supply Chain Management, internal teamsand KCH clinical teams, this will be achieved in-line with an agreed project plan.
**Key Accountabilities are as follows**:

- Safe receipt of Omicell cabinets into the Trust
- Delivery of Omnicell cabinets to respective departments
- Design the new cabinets to accommodate the existing stock
- Replicate the old cabinets design and layout into the new replacement cabinets
- Ensure new installed / replaced cabinets and fully functioning
- Issues are reported so they can be investigated and escalated where necessary
- Support to ensure the rollout plan is followed and stays on track
- Old Omicell cabinets are returned

**Salary**: £28,837.00 - £31,538.00
**Hours**: 37.5 per week
