**The role**

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices and supporting the Purchase Ledger Clerk and Credit Control team.

**Key tasks include**
- Process purchase invoices
- Matching purchase invoices to goods received
- Process debit notes
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Other tasks to support the Purchase Ledger Clerk
- Assist credit control team, answering calls when they are busy
- Any other tasks given to you by the management team
- Accounts experience desirable
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Good numeracy skills
- A quick learner, able to problem solve and take ownership comfortably
- Honest and reliable with great attention to detail

**Package**
- Competitive salary dependent on experience
- Full time - 38.75 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08:45 - 17:00
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
