About the Role:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced and qualified Senior Support Worker to join our team. This position is perfect for a seasoned senior looking for a new challenge or an experienced support worker ready to take the next step in their career.

What We Offer:

Your Role and Responsibilities:
Care Planning: Contribute to the creation, review, and implementation of care plans and risk assessments for the young people in our care.

Relationship Building: Form effective relationships with the young people, their families (where appropriate), and external agencies.

Home Maintenance:Ensure the home is clean, tidy, and welcoming, encouraging young people to participate in upkeep as appropriate.

Record Keeping:Maintain high-quality records as required, with supervision from managers.

Professionalism:Uphold high levels of professionalism as expected by Moonrise and Ofsted.

Development Support: Contribute to the educational and social development of each young person, assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Programs.

Emotional and Physical Support: Meet the emotional and physical needs of our young people, maximising opportunities for their development.

Leadership: Provide support to the deputy/manager of the home while on shift, performing senior duties as directed.

**Requirements**:
Qualification: Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent (essential) or at least 50% completion (support provided to complete the qualification).

Experience:Proven experience in a children's home setting and supervisory experience are essential.

Skills: Passion for nurturing young people, ability to work shift patterns including sleep-ins, and a full UK driving license.
