**What You Will Do**
- Work 40 hours per week
- Oversee the day to day running of the leisure facility during their shift
- Maintain the highest standard of guest care, building standards and cleanliness in line with company procedures
- Dealing with guest queries and complaints when they arise and resolving them or raising them to the Park Manager if needed
- Day to day supervision of staff to ensure smooth running of all facilities
- Responsible for Health and Safety of the facility during their shift

**What You Will Bring**
- Supervisory experience in managing team and volume activities
- Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and persuade.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
- Good numerical and written skills
