We have a new opportunity for Maintenance Operatives to join our team at Bourne Site Services.

A busy construction company based in Worcester, with a focus on commercial and industrial construction and rennovation, our work sectors include education, retail, commercial office buildings, industrial warehouse buildings, and leisure facilities. We are proud to work as main contractors in association with local councils and schools, as well as completing local works as a subcontractor for national construction firms.

We are looking to employ skilled Maintenance Operatives based in Worcestershire, with works carried out throughout the West Midlands and Three Counties for an immediate start.

**We’re looking for someone with experience in**:
Delivering high standard, quality workmanship, including providing excellent customer service and timely delivery of work as agreed with supervisors and customers

Carrying out duties in line with risk assessments and method statements and ensuring safe operational practices

General building and maintenance activities and small projects works including

Brick / block work and rendering

Patch plastering and render repair

Ceiling and floor joist repairs

Flooring, carpet and ceiling tile installation

Small carpentry works such as door hanging, skirting and handrails

Painting and decoration with suitable preparation

Roofing maintenance and small project tasks, including liquid membrane, sheet and felt coverings, soffits and fascias, gutters and downpipes and gutter blockages and clearance

Smaller general ground work and maintenance tasks including fencing and gates, key clamps, posts, paving, road surfaces, manholes, line markings, surface and foul drainage, drain works and emergency spills

Ensure the safe, effective use of tools and plant ensuring they are regularly maintained and serviced

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
