We’re really excited to be supporting one of our Bristol powerhouse clients in the professional services sector (with a twist) as they look to take on an experienced Content & Copy Lead/Head of Content.

Whilst you will be working in a regulated environment, this is a company with a twist. There’s a real focus on creativity and being a disruptor in the industry, and you get to play a huge part in this with your content ideas, and ways in which to bring the group of brands alive across social primarily, with a view in the future to expand into website content.

Managing a team of 2 self-starters, you will have overarching responsibility for the sign off and approval of content and creative assets across 4 sub-brands, as well as working with the senior leadership team to come up with new content ideas, underpinned by data and analytics coming from the paid media team. This joined-up approach will enable you to create unique and engaging content, and will prevent you from getting bored or feeling stagnant. In this role, you will be encouraged and applauded for bringing new ideas to the table Creativity is something that is loved at this company rather than frowned upon.

**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrable experience in a senior content/copy role
- Line management or mentoring experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Ability to work across a number of brands, simultaneously harnessing different tone of voice
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams

**Benefits**

As well as a salary of up to £45k depending on experience, this role offers some flexible working of 1 day from home per week, onsite parking, income protection insurance, and excellent career progression.
