**About the role**
Are you a dynamic IT professional ready to take the lead and make a significant impact? We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced IT Team Lead to spearhead the delivery of cutting-edge IT services across four sites in the UK.

As an IT Team Lead at Domino, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, reporting directly to the European IT Manager. Your mission? To lead a team of 5 talented IT professionals, supported by 60+ global colleagues, in delivering top-notch IT projects and ensuring seamless technical support for our daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Global Collaboration: Build and nurture strong relationships with UK departments and collaborate with a diverse global team to ensure our IT service delivery exceeds expectations.
- Team Development: Elevate the skills of your UK-based IT team, empowering them to achieve individual and team targets.
- Roadmap Delivery: Take charge of delivering roadmaps, including local area networks, InTune PC management, Windows O/S server migrations to Azure cloud, cloud-based phone systems, and more.
- Global Standards: Work closely with the European IT Manager to implement and maintain global IT standards in the UK.

**About you**
- Technical Expertise: You will have a proven track record in leading IT teams with a deep understanding of local and cloud-based systems. You will be working with Azure solutions, AI, Microsoft tool sets, Power Platform solutions, and other emerging technologies.
- Leadership: You’ll be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective communication, and successful negotiation with senior management teams.
- Innovation: You will thrive in an environment where data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement are at the forefront.
