Sparcs Practitioner #863

We are looking for an experienced Spiritual Pastoral and Religious Carer to join our Emotional and Spiritual Team (Adult Hospice Service) as a community based Spiritual Pastoral and Religious Care (SPARCS) Practitioner.

This role requires the post holder to work closely with the colleagues in providing care and support to hospice service users (patients and those important to them) living with or affected by a wide range of life limiting conditions. The post also involves providing SPARCS support to colleagues (staff and volunteers).

Working in a variety of settings, focused on support for our Community Patients, the post holder will work autonomously to deliver person centred, user led Spiritual, Pastoral and Religious Care.

**Hours: 37.5 per week (part time considered)**

**Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 FTE (depending on knowledge, skills and experience)**

This role requires a satisfactory DBS, a Driving License and access to own vehicle.
