**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the Assembly Line. This is a full-time position with regular hours.

**Vacant Position: Production Administrator**

**Location: Impress House, Mansell Road, Acton, London W3 7QH**

**Working Hours: Full time
- Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4:30 pm (1/2 unpaid lunch break)**

**40 hours per week**

**Reporting to: Production Assembly Manager**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist to feed the production line with all components especially to the explosion proof

sounder area of the business
- In-house labelling
- Assist in production planning
- Help on production line as and when required
- Liaise with Goods Inwards
- Liaise with Materials Manager
- Look at schedules and check components to ensure visibly in stock

**Requirements**:

- Computer literate
- Good communication skills across all levels within the company
- Assembly and soldering experience
- Knowledge of the flow of production from assembly through to packing and despatch

**Salary and Benefits: On successful completion of 12 weeks as an agency worker at £11.50 p/h**
- Starting Salary: £25,500 per annum (£12.26 per hour)
- Salary review after successful completion of 6 months' probationary period £26,500 per annum (£12.74 per hour)

First 3 months working as an agency worker for £11.50 p/h or £23,920P/A

Next 6 months would be a probationary period for £12.26p/h or £25,500P/A

Post Probationary Period for £12.74p/h or £26,500P/A
- Entitled to 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
- Auto enrolment pension scheme 3 months after start date - employee contribution

4% and employer contribution 4%.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £11.50-£17.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
