Property Inspector

Super opportunity to join one of the best agents property agents in the area as a property inspector in the Bridgwater area on a part time basis, with flexible hours and with an hourly rate plus monthly bonuses.

This is an excellent opportunity or someone looking to work part time in the property industry who has either some professional experience of either estate agency, lettings, surveying etc or for someone with great life skills and a good knowledge of knowing your way around property maintenance on a personal level. The role will entail booking around 21 property inspections per week and sending out all the necessary paperwork to tenants and visiting the property to check all is well with the property upkeep and maintenance and reporting any issues. The inspections can be spread across the week to suit the hours you need as long as the target is met but this will be approximately 22-25 hours per week. If the inspection target is met, you will receive a generous monthly bonus.
