Construction Chemical Brick Cleaner

HP Group UK specialise in Chemical Brick Cleaning on new build developments and travel across the whole of the North West region. We work for the biggest house builders in the country providing quality cleaning and aftercare solutions. We're currently going through a period of growth and have targeted bringing in a new member of staff with a good work ethic and interpersonal skills to join our current close knit hard working team.

**Main Purpose of the role**

**Main Duties / Accountability**

Your responsibilities would consist of contributing to our chemical cleaning department in the cleaning of new build properties for our growing client base to a high standard at all times.

**Essential** **Experience/Skills**
- Organised approach
- Health and safety experience
- Full UK Drivers license
- Green Labourers CSCS card
- Keen eye for detail
- General Labouring experience

- Excellent attention to detail / high degree of accuracy
- Able to prioritise and manage own work load
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team

**Salary**: From £23,100.00 per year
