**The Role**:
Due to retirement, an opportunity has arisen for an aspiring individual who wishes to further enhance a career in Export Field Sales. This full-time position is part of a committed and hardworking team within the busy UK Export Sales department that provides customer services and support to our worldwide customer base.

With this position there is an expectation for time away from home, and or working outside of the normal hours on occasion. The role is based at our head office in Exeter, and you will be required to live in commutable distance of the office.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Providing excellent customer service and support.
- Responsibility for maintaining and achieving sales and profitability goals through multiple sales channels and countries.
- Deliver new business and growth opportunities, conduct customer visits, provide market feedback, and support new Portfolio recommendations.
- Develop sales plans, provide forecasts, and support marketing strategies.
- Provide training to customers on the use of systems and processes.
- Regular travel ~30% of time.

- Strong IT experience in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other computer programs.
