Librarian

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Librarian to join the New City College library team based at our Redbridge campus, but also working at our Epping site. We serve a culturally and socially diverse community and offer a wide variety of courses including Access to HE, ESOL, creative and performing arts, and business. This role would suit a librarian with experience in a customer facing environment, however newly qualified professionals are welcome to apply. You need to hold a first degree or post-graduate qualification in librarianship, or be willing to train into your first professional role. You will be passionate about delivering a high quality service and have the flexibility, creativity and imagination to engage every learner and encourage them to succeed.

New City College is the dynamic group of further education colleges in East London which comprises Tower Hamlets College, Hackney Community College, Epping Forest College Redbridge College, Havering College of Further & Higher Education and Havering Sixth form College. Our 6-college merger places the group at the forefront of further education in the region.
