Extra are currently recruiting for a Powder Coater to join our client based in Birmingham B33.

The duties for the Powder Coater are:

- Chemical checking.
- Manual Powder coating.
- Changing paint colours over with manual spraying.
- Operate Norson Controls (control panel).
- Experience of automatic as well as manual booth spraying.
- Checking results and altering dosage to ensure enough powder on the part
- Hatch testing.
- Paint thickness testing.
- Completion of paperwork to record results etc.

The ideal Powder Coater:

- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience.
- Working within a team and under your own initiative.
- Experience of automatic as well as manual booth spraying.

The pay rate for the Powder Coater:

- £10.42 to £12.00 per hour depending on experience.
