We’re delighted to be working in partnership with an independent property business, who proudly cover the Leicestershire region. This excellent regional firm require a Property Administrator to support their friendly Lettings team.

The role is based in their professional city centre office, where alongside your c£20,000 (pro-rata) salary, you can expect a relaxed working environment and in-house training and support from the friendly team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Arrange property viewings between agents and client
- Serve as main point of contact between contractors, landlords and tenants
- Process employment verifications and references for prospective tenants
- Support the Lettings Negotiators with administrative duties
- Assist with the negotiation and closing of deals where possible
- Handle queries relating to maintenance issues with properties
- Undertake all admin associated with legal matters and contracts

**Skills & Experience**

- Previous lettings experience
- Residential lettings experience preferred
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic approach to work
