Scheme Assitant

Caring for people in the Borders is extremely important to Eildon.

Are you committed to delivering excellent service provision for people, and can you support our tenants to stay connected to their local community and help them to find creative solutions to the challenges they may face?

Our Scheme Assistant will play an important role in the team at Station Avenue, Duns, Eildon’s Learning Disability service. The shift pattern is Monday to Friday and actual hours of work will be discussed during the interview process.

You will ensure the cleanliness, hygiene and homeliness of designated areas within the supported housing development. Along with this you will assist the team to ensure the smooth operation of the development in accordance with policies and procedures.

You will need to have an interest in people, a positive can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and the ability to multitask. Most importantly you should be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of Eildon’s vision and values.
