**Why this job matters**
- You will be managing your own caseload helping to influence and drive BT’s property strategy, dealing with internal and external customers and third party stakeholders on a daily basis. You will have ownership of professional property transactions and will ensure you negotiate the best value and maximum receipts for BT.-
**What you’ll be doing**
- Assisting in the execution of property plans and transactions including leases, subleases, acquisitions and disposals.
- Support property projects including assistance with the procurement of professional services, construction, fixtures and equipment.
- Liaising with departmental representatives to support all relocations and management of relocation services.
- Provide reports and ensuring property related data is appropriately maintained in systems.
