**Job summary**:

- Are you interested in being part of a team that supports and challenges regulated tertiary education and assisting in the development of a new regulatory system for tertiary education in Wales?**Job description**:

- As Regulation Officer, you will play a central role in delivering regulatory processes that enable higher education courses to be designated for student support. You will also play a key role in the delivery of wider regulatory duties and support the project to develop a new regulatory system for tertiary education which will be a responsibility transferring to the Commission for Tertiary Education and Research later this year.**Person specification**:
You will have a background in either supporting the delivery of projects or regulatory processes in a public sector or education setting. You would use your experience to help you to successfully contribute to the delivery of complex projects and processes, using good problem solving skills. You will have good numeracy skills, attention to detail and have experience of consulting with internal and external stakeholders from a range of backgrounds.

You will have either: a degree and some relevant knowledge of projects or regulatory processes; or school leaving qualifications and an ability to demonstrate significant relevant knowledge to undertake this work. The ability to communicate bilingually in Welsh and English is desirable.
