**Hours: Full & Part time hours**
**Hourly rate: up to £10.21 per hour (plus weekend enhancement of up to £114.91 per month, and night enhancement of up to an additional £3.40 per hour)**
Harrogate Home Support is a Supporting Living service based in Starbeck. At Harrogate Home Support we have some exciting opportunities to become a part of our friendly team with various hours available including days and nights.
This is an exciting time to join us with a range of new opportunities available and the chance to be part of something extraordinary.
The role will be based in the locality of Harrogate, so whilst your main base will be Harrogate Home Support, you will have to opportunity to work in other Harrogate NYCC facilities on occasion.
The service will be delivered around the clock on a 24/7 basis so you will be expected to work a variety of shifts. We have various roles and shifts patterns available on a rota basis to include days, evenings and occasional sleeping nights. We also have waking nights available, so there is something for everyone, whatever your existing commitments might be
As a key part of our supported living service you will play a vital role in enabling people with a range of complex needs to live more independently. You will help them to engage with their communities and to live meaningful and fulfilled lives where they feel a genuine sense of belonging.
There will also be an element of personal care involved where you may be required to help people with washing, dressing and providing medication for example. We believe that everyone has the right to an independent and fulfilling life and our supported living service will enable people and their families to build skills, develop confidence, help each other and look forward to a positive future.

As stipulated in the amended Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, post holders must demonstrate evidence of having had a complete course of an authorised COVID-19 vaccine.
If you haven’t had a full course of the vaccination at the moment, you can still apply, but in line with new legislation you must have received both doses prior to your start date. Alternatively, if you are medically exempt from receiving the vaccine, you can currently provide a self-declaration, but must have applied and received formal clinical exemption via the COVID Pass Route by 24 December 2021
