Role
This IFA Administrator role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to become a fundamental part of a small but busy financial planning business supporting an Adviser on a one to one basis with all client related administration activities.
The role within this business as an IFA Administrator may appeal if you wish to work on a collaborative basis and become a genuine part of the client relationship in conjunction with the adviser and paraplanner.
The day to day role of the IFA Administrator will include all activities from client review preparation, preparing for client meetings, processing new business, updating CRM, liaising with clients, providers and 3rd parties, collating files in a compliantmanner, AML, LOAs, valuations, taking a cradle to grave approach and being fully immersed in all aspects of the client relationship.
Full training will be provided to the IFA Administrator remotely via MS Teams in relation to use of the CRM system, chosen Platform Provider and Centralised Investment Proposition.
About You
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years experience within an administration role with an advisory firm
- A good knowledge and understanding of a wide range of financial products, ideally including SIPP/SSAS, EIS and VCT’s
- Platform experience and understanding of a Centralised Investment Proposition, highly desirable
- A proven track record in delivering excellent client satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent accuracy skills and attention to detail
- Excellent administrative, planning and organisational skills
- Confident working from home, using technology to remotely access CRM, centralised documents.
- MS office skills essential along with MS Teams, and communication via Social Media channels
